Audrey Ann Harenberg is a dog training instructor whose primary interests lie in training working dogs and enhancing the human-animal bond within all types of human-canine relationships. Volunteer service has played a major role in her life since early childhood, when she performed in piano recitals at local skilled nursing facilities. She later volunteered in EMS, and after completing paramedic school, in Search & Rescue. She now shares music and canine companionship at the Durham VA while volunteering as a ground searcher and SAR K-9 handler for Wake Canine Search and Rescue, as well as serving on the board of the North Carolina Search and Rescue Advisory Council.

With the support of her family, Audrey runs Harenhaus K-9, a progressive dog-and-owner training company focused on facilitating understanding and communication between humans and their canine companions.
